Unlocking The Power Of Quiet Achievers

Our CEO and Founder, Jessica Chen, recently hosted a Soulcast Media Event on LinkedIn, where she interviewed Linda Raynier, author of  The Quiet Achiever: Your Journey to Authentic Confidence. They shared tips and personal stories about what it means to be a quiet achiever.

  • Quiet achievers are ambitious introverts.
  • You don't have to be the loudest voice, but you do have to feel confident in who you are.
  • You have to ask yourself, "Why do I feel like I don't belong?" "Where does this insecurity come from?"
  •  Your cultural upbringing and how you were raised can often be a barrier when it comes to how you communicate your value in the workplace.
  • Every anxiety or fear-based belief you have is showing up because it wants to be addressed.
  • You have to be willing to address why you're feeling the way you feel and then flip the script. Because once you acknowledge something, it starts to dissipate.
  • To help others, you must first help yourself.
  • Your emotions don't emerge from nowhere; they're rooted in your beliefs.
  • The energy we bring to our careers can significantly impact our ability to succeed.
  • Nobody is going to do better work than you for what you want to do.
  • You have to dig deep and figure out what you really want to do.
  • There is a lot to be learned in any situation, but especially in challenging ones.
