REAL RESULTS WITH MAJOR IMPACT
We partnered with Google to deliver a global leadership communication program for their Google Cloud organization, focused on strengthening virtual executive presence and client impact. Exclusively selected to lead this initiative, we trained more than 1,000 IT professionals, data experts, and developers across the U.S., Australia, and Europe. The program equipped participants with practical tools to communicate with greater clarity, credibility, and influence in high-stakes client conversations.
We partnered with LinkedIn Learning to develop exclusive leadership communication courses for their global audience of 17 million users. Our flagship course, Developing Executive Presence on Video Calls, quickly became one of the platform’s most popular programs. As a trusted content partner, we’ve launched twelve more courses, with two more in production, reaching more than two million learners worldwide.
We partnered with Medtronic to produce two virtual training sessions for their APAC team (1000+ attendees). This was part of their internal campaign, ‘Navigating the New Normal,’ which was aimed to increase connection and engagement amongst their entire APAC team. After the success of the two trainings, a third session was contracted for a more in-depth presentation training with their Sales & Repair team.
We partnered with Mattel to design and facilitate an accelerated leadership program for 25 high-potential leaders identified for succession. Blending intensive workshops with targeted executive coaching, the program strengthened strategic thinking, decision quality, and cross-functional influence. Participants emerged with stronger executive presence, increased ownership of enterprise initiatives, and measurable growth in leadership readiness and performance.
EVERYTHING IS CUSTOMED TO YOUR TEAM
We partnered with Elvium Life Sciences (parent company: Purdue Pharma) to train their entire field sales team and executive leadership team how to communicate effectively on video calls. Because of the success of the national training, Soulcast Media was contracted to do a deep-dive training to boost their entire sales teams’ engagement on video with health care providers. The four-week long training consisted of multiple live training sessions and individual live presentation feedback.
We partnered with global mining leader Rio Tinto to design and deliver an accelerated leadership program for their high-potential talent across 10 regions. The program focused on strengthening cultural fluency, leading in complex global environments, and elevating executive communication. Following the core program, Soulcast Media conducted in-person intensives in Singapore and provided year-long 1:1 executive coaching to further sharpen strategic influence at the enterprise level.
